篠原千絵

Chie Shinohara (篠原千絵, Shinohara Chie, born February 15) is a Japanese manga artist best known for Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori: Anatolia Story or, Red River as it's known in English. She has recieved the Shogakukan Manga Award for shojo manga twice, once for Yami no Purple Eyes (Purple Eyes in The Dark) in 1987, and again for Red River in 2001.
