J.U.K. - "Herceg Fest"

PCI (Public Cultural Institution) "Herceg Fest" is a Montenegrin cultural institution established in Herceg Novi in 1996. With the aim of promoting highest artistic, cultural and social values, it has been participating in cultural profiling of Herceg Novi. Organisation of programmes and festivals, affirmation of local artwork and at the same time hosting world renowned artists, all contributed that Herceg Fest became recognized as one of the most active cultural centres in the region.
