Argentine record company created by Argentine entrepeneur Alfredo Amendola, who formerly ran the record stores / record companies Casa Amendola & Cia. and Casa Electra. Funded in 1925, it's a direct successor to the factory Trouvé, Leonetti & Compania with which Amendola pressed records for his label Disco Electra. The company was at Humberto Primo 2001, Buenos Aires, and a year later builds a factory with electric recording equipement at Sarandí 1380, Buenos Aires. The technician in charge of the equipment is «El Vasco» Alfredo Murúa, who pioneered sound syncronization for Argentine movies. They publish the label Electra, later renamed Disco Electra from electric recordings.
The company closes it's door in 1930 due to the great depression. Amendola died in 1932, age 58.
