EMI Colombia

Label associated with the company EMI Colombia S.A. Later, when the "Music" name was added to the Colombian operation's name, the label also added that word, became EMI Music Colombia S.A. and EMI Music Colombia, respectively. The usage of these names started around 1998-1999. It should not be confused with EMI Columbia, that one was related to the Austrian EMI operations. And take note that EMI started its Colombian operations in 1995, before that Sony Music Entertainment (Colombia) S.A. distributed EMI releases in that country (before 1991, it was operated as Discos CBS, S.A., Colombia).
