WCEB

Label located in Morro Bay, CA. It was co-owned by Norman Knowles and Tony Hilder later known as Anthony J. Hilder. Starting out as WCEB, a division of Impact Records (see Impact (12)). One act to have a release on the label was The Sentinals with the single, Latin'la/Tor-Chula, The label;'s name was later changed to Westco. Acts to have their recordings released on the Westco label were David Cooper and The Continentals, Jeff Hamman and the The Surf Teens, Kenny Hinkles' Friends, Kenny Karter, The Marksmen (see The Marksmen (8)), The Revels with Sam Eddy, and The Sentinals.
