Mettle Trax

Set up by Manchester based producers Nic Conef and Mark Wadsworth (Mettle Music). Will initially be based in the US with the first releases due in October 2003. 2004 see's the eagerly awaited arrival of Mettle Music's new US based label 'Mettle Trax'. It's a been a long haul but after 5 years or so of releasing quality deep, jazzy grooves (and the odd techier excursion as M Trax). It's time to strike out on their own.. The two producers pulling the strings behind the Mettle Music crew are Nic Conef and Mark Wadsworth. Based within the fertile musical melting pot of Manchester, England (check out their recent mix compilation "Destination Manchester on Bar De Lune) where their evocative sound has evolved consistently and confidently into maturity since their first release as part of the Mettle Music Collective back in June 1998 on Toko Records.
