Mt. Fuji Jazz Festival

Mount Fuji Jazz Festival was an annual event held in August in the Lake Yamanaka area of Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. The three-day festival, which ran from 1986 to 2004, featured musicians from Blue Note Records among others. Blue Note founder Alfred Lion first attended the festival in 1986.
