Founded by [a895034] in Philadelphia in 1946. Releases were mostly by obscure C&W Groups and [a895034]'s own songs. Relocated to New Orleans, where Lou Welsch became co-owner. Musical direction drifted towards Rhythm 'N' Blues. After [a895034]'s death in 1956, Lou Welsch continued until 1959. For unofficial releases, please use Sapphire (4).
