Klub Kids

At the start of 2008 the DJ known as Kid Kenobi decided – at long last – to place his money where his mouth was and put some serious hours into the studio. In the same ambitious breath of air Kid Kenobi decided that the best way to get his music out there was to do it himself. ‘Klub Kids’ was born. As a label Klub Kids is about many things. It’s about bridging the gap between where we’ve been and where we are in order to know where we are going. It’s about finding the hip hop, the soul, the rave, the dub, the funk and the skank, in music today and reminding ourselves why we got into this whole thing in the first place. But lets not get too up our own arses. At the end of the day Klub Kids is about about artists writing good solid club music for club kids, be it bassline house, breaks, dubstep, clubstep, UK Funky, deep tech or hip hop.
