PRFKT

PRFKT is an independent boutique music & entertainment company, which was founded on December 7, 2016 and is located in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. The company had a name change on February 15, 2021, and a new company structure after that on March 29, 2021, and is now registered as PRFKT Rights AB (publ), which is the mother company and home of: InstaKarma Records, Moon Man Artist Management AB (fusioned on December 29, 2020), Moon Man Records AB (fusioned on December 29, 2020), Conscious Minds AB and UMerch. The only remaining other and registered independent company in this new structure of March 29, 2021 is PRFKT Music Publishing AB.
