French label created by Charles Alliot after his Studios Sonotec created in 1952 in Hirson (Aisne), building his sound studio in 1967 in Saint Quentin (Aisne) in 1967, moved in 1973 to Blangy-Tronville (close to Amiens), and closed in 1984 -- stands for / initials of Société Nouvelle Et Technique, mainly active in the 1960s/70s [reading backwards the last 2 figures gives the year of the release: eg. 67 = 1976]
