Company's name was Logo-Press Bt. According to Hungarian incorporation database it was founded January 8, 1990, but published materials are known from 1989. The company also published books, magazines. Alterock (1989-1990) was one of the pioneering Hungarian rock magazines during the period of the "Democratic Regime Change".
