Shore Cultural Center, Euclid, OH

After the Euclid City Schools had stopped operating the original Euclid High School in 1982, the city of Euclid recognized the opportunity to create a new community center to focus on recreation and the arts. Arts and culture, in particular, resonated strongly with residents, and in time an active support base grew into a non-profit arts organization that offered events, activities and artistic opportunities at what became known as Shore Cultural Centre. At the heart of downtown Euclid, Ohio, it is located at 291 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio.
