In the mid 70s the environment with all the storage rooms was acquired by the Savings Bank and intended to be used today. In 1975 it was installed the largest organ designed by Master Clemente Terni, in central Italy only in a non-religious.Today, the auditorium hosts many events and concerts, among these, and, not least, "The Musical Wednesday Ente CRF - International Festival of Organ Music".
