Platinum Collection is a brand name used by unknown pirate company, which was active on the ex-USSR market in 1999 - 2003. This brand was used for producing "Greatest Hits" compilations, which included best hits of the given artist. No contact information (of the compiler or of the manufacturer) was given on artwork. All these releases came with artwork designed in similar key.
