Музпред НКП

Muzpred NKP From 1924 to 1927 USSR record production company. Was formed as a part of Commissariat of Education. Records were pressed by Фабрика Пятилетия Октября in 1924-1925 and Апрелевский Завод in 1925-1927. The repertoire of the releases was, mostly revolution songs and propaganda. Classical genres (fragments of operas, romances, etc.) were, as a rule, only reprints from old pre-revolutionary matrixes. In the end of 1927 it was reformed into Муз.Трест.
