Dreamus Company

Dreamus Company (Korean: 드림어스컴퍼니) or Dreamus (Korean: 드림어스), later know as Iriver Inc (in 2009), is a electronics and entertainment company. Founded on January 20, 1997 as Reigncom, the company manufactures and distributes electronic video and audio equipment. Dreamus was acquired by SK Telecom in August 2014. On January 31, 2018, S.M. Entertainment, JYP Entertainment and Big Hit Entertainment signed an agreement with SK Telecom to create a new music platform, with IRIVER to handle music distribution for the companies. The company launched a new music platform, called FLO, in the second half of 2018. On March 28, 2019, Iriver announced that they would renamed to Dreamus Company Dreamus Company (2019 - present) Iriver Inc (2009 - 2019) ReignCom (1999 - 2009)
