c74 was an American CD label launched and operated in California by the Cycling '74 software company between 2001 and 2008. It featured works by international artists who uses Max/MSP and other software tools by C'74, and released 13 albums, most in digipack with standardized design.
The musicians in the label's catalog ranges from a widely acclaimed electronic visionaries, such as Kim Cascone, Tetsu Inoue, Sarah Peebles and Carl Stone, to a lesser-known but just as spectacular artists, including Amnon Wolman, Dan Trueman and Curtis Bahn as interface duo, R. Luke Dubois et al. on The Freight Elevator Quartet's live compilation, Les Stuck, Gregory Taylor, Keith O Brien/Amoebazoid, and many others.
