1980s tape label based in Varel and Hildesheim, Germany. Run by Iko Schütte. The label stopped its activities end of 1987. Besides the main programm (with PKK catalog numbers) it had 2 sublabels: C-Tel for compilations and Drittes Programm (with III-xx catalog numbers) for experiments, sillyness, jokes and pranks.
