The MRC (Milano Record Company) was an Italian label, active in the '60s.
The MRC was founded in 1961 by Alberto Carisch, founder of label Carisch and co-founder of the Rifi with Giovanni Battista Ansoldi.
By the late '60s began the decline, for a certain period Carisch leans for distribution to Miura, after which, with the failure of the latter, the MRC changes of ownership, changing its name to Spark and passing to Dischi Ricordi S.p.A..
