Canadian record label founded by Terry Jacks in October 1973 but officially launched in January 1974. Jacks was President, Ray Pettinger was Vice-President, and Cliff Jones was Business Manager. Initial distribution was handled by London Records Of Canada (1967) Ltd. but changed on August 26, 1974 to A&M Records Of Canada Limited.
