Costo A/S

Costo A/S, Copenhagen, was a Danish company related to the record industry, maybe as a manufacturer and trader - and registered as the owner of the Melody (2) label, as seen from the Melody (2) center label text "Melody trade mark registered for Costo A/S, Copenhagen". The Costo name was registered in 1946 by Werner Hamburger, Charlottenlund and was ceded to Costo A/S later in 1946. In 1960 Costo A/S was registered with the same address as Nordisk Polyphon Aktieselskab (Østergade 26B², Copenhagen).
