Mayfly Distribution

Mayfly Distribution was an independent record distribution mail-order company and music festival promotion company founded by Chad Rugola, Ted Kerpovich and Edward B. Gieda III. In 1995, the company released a benefit compilation for a battered women's shelter titled "A Benefit Compilation Brought To You By Mayfly" on CD. Chad later formed his own record label, Keystone Records, as did Ted, Ember Records. The two later merged the record labels into a single company Keystone-Ember Records.
