Mayfly Distribution

Mayfly Distribution was an independent record distribution mail-order company and music festival promotion company founded by Chad Rugola, Ted Kerpovich and Edward B. Gieda III. In 1995, the company released a benefit compilation for a battered women's shelter titled "13568224" on CD. Chad later formed his own record label, Keystone Records, as did Ted, Ember Records. The two later merged the record labels into a single company Keystone-Ember Records.
