In-house mastering and direct-to-disc recording studio of Record Industry (Haarlem, The Netherlands), established in 2018 and named after Artone Holland, the original owners of the pressing plant. The studio is housed in the former cassette duplicating facility, located above the pressing plant. The space was acoustically designed by Jelle van der Voet of Pinna Acoustics and the gear assembled by David Hill (5). Boudewijn de Groot was the first artist to record here.
The studio is equipped with both digital and vintage analog gear, including a RCA 76D mixing console, Scully 601 lacquer cutting lathe (for mono), Neumann VMS 70 lacquer cutting lathe, VMS 82 DMM cutting lathe and Westrex 1574B cutter-head amps.
