Independent music publisher owned by Tony May, based in New York, NY; affiliated with BMI. Published the works of Tony May and Larry Banks as a writing team, May as a solo writer, and other songwriters whose songs May produced on singles and albums. The company was named after the firstborn sons of the two founders, Kevin and Tony Jr. With May's passing in March of 2020, the publishing company is inactive until further notice.
