UK label which was previously known as Jumbo-Record. The label name was changed to Venus Record in 1919 but the same catalogue number series continued. Venus Record began around 1580 and run on until well into the 1600s although a few early releases seem to have been repressed on Venus which were previously available as Jumbo.
