Budget label run by former navy veteren George Panos. Prior to his time with Audiomasters, he had worked as sales manager for Crown Records which was owned by The Bihari Brothers. In 1968, he became vice-president-general manager of the pressing division for the Crown and Custom labels. Panos also co-owned Cherry Red Records with Morey Alexander.
The Audiomasters label was active in the 1970s, and issued cover versions of hits on cassette, 8-track and reel to reel tapes. There were also a small amount of record LPs issued under the Audiomasters logo. They also marketed audio accessories such as revolving cassette racks, head cleaning cassettes and a record cleaning arm similar to the Watts Dust Bug.

At one stage Audiomasters Corp. was located at 116711 Roscoe Blvd, Sepulveda. California 91346
