Oper In Deutsch

"Oper In Deutsch" is a series by the "Berlin Classics" label. At first the series was called "ETERNA - Oper in deutsch" and had a green logo and style. It is based on recordings by ETERNA - the classic label of the former VEB Deutsche Schallplatten, Berlin (GDR), the later Deutsche Schallplatten Berlin GmbH. Meanwhile belongs the "Berlin Classics" label and the series "Oper in deutsch" (now without "ETERNA" and with a new design) to the edel Records GmbH. Berlin Classics/Edel also published a 20 CD box with recordings of this series.
