Max Niemeyer Verlag is a German publishing house for linguistic and literary scientific literature, whose former seat was in Tübingen. At the center of the philological publishing program are German and Romance studies, in addition he publishes historical-critical editions as well as in the field of media and communication sciences, rhetoric, Judaica and cultural and social history. Since 2006, the publisher belongs to the Berlin scientific publisher De Gruyter. The Niemeyer program has been fully integrated into the program structure of De Gruyter.
