Label founded by Al Grey and Jimmy Forrest, co-leaders of The Al Grey-Jimmy Forrest Quintet, to produce their records. Jimmy Forrest's death from liver cancer prevented Greyforrest from releasing more than a single record, O.D. (Out 'Dere).
