Canadian label formed in 1978 by P.J. Imports' Wolfgang Spegg and Phil Lubman. P.J. was the initial distributor then in 1979 they signed a distribution deal with CBS Records Canada Ltd. opening up global distribution on the Epic label. The deal did not last long and in 1980 they switched again to Rio Records
