Taiwanese label founded in 1986 by Shen Guangyuan 沈光遠 and Luo Hongwu 羅紘武 of Red Ants Chorus 紅螞蟻. Initially a sublabel of Rock Records & Tapes. Declared independence in 1991 with the establishment of Friendly Dogs Co., Ltd.. In 2000, the company changed its name to Friendly Dog Entertainment and moved away from music business.
