Musical Masterworks Society

Musical Masterworks society was the earliest name of the Musical Masterpiece Society label by David and Sam Josefowitz, founders of the Concert Hall Society. Because the name 'Masterwork" was already registered by Columbia since the 1930's, the Josefowitz brothers needed to change the name to "Musical Masterpiece Society".
