World Record Club - Children's Series

Precursor to the Children's Record Guild Of Australia, which was established in October 1959. World Record Club had been issuing children's EPs from the beginning, with the first one released in September 1957. But even after the Guild was formed, reissues continued to appear with the series name - at times retaining the name on the sleeve when the labels had been changed to the Children's Guild pink labels. Children's Series labels used the standard W.R.C. labels - red/silver 'globe' labels till August 1958, then the beige 'strobe' labels (all releases were in mono).
