Jomfru Ane Teatret

Danish theatre in Aalborg formed 1967 by local actors and intellectuals, with first performance on 19 April 1967. The theatre was named after Aalborgs famous nightlife street, Jomfru Ane Gade, where it was originally located on a first floor. In the 1970's the house ensemble including a.o. sisters Rebecca Brüel and Sanne Brüel became successful as touring rock revue as Jomfru Ane Band.
