For all Unofficial / Bootleg releases of this label please use Karate Records (3) "Singles label" created by Herman D. Gimbel in 1964 following his acquisition of stereophonic records pioneer label Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc.. Karate Records appears to have been active from late 1964-1967, seemingly ceasing to exist around the same time that their parent label, Audiofidelity Enterprises, Inc. relocated from their 770 Eleventh Avenue address, to their new one at 221 West 57th St. in Late October / Early November 1967.
