The SMT Guild

Father John Doe aka Father Ralph Pfau operated under "The SMT Guild" (The Sons Of Matt Talbot). A small operation with 3 nuns as his assistants who handled the billing and mailing. He was well known for publishing "The Little Golden Books" - guides to recovery for alcoholics. These books and some of Father John Doe's retreat dialogs (Between 1945 and the mid 1960's) were recorded and released on LP's This is not a label, rather a company that contracted LP pressing out.
