Casablanca Music Ltd.

In 2004, the name "Casablanca" was revived for a joint venture between Universal Music Group and Tommy Mottola. In a Billboard article, Mottola said that he chose the name as an homage to 1970's disco label, Casablanca Records, but that there was no direct connection between the old and new labels. This Casablanca is for releases from 2004 onward containing the fine text (P) & (C) Casablanca Music, L.L.C. For releases from 1970's Casablanca, please refer to Casablanca Records.
