American home entertainment distribution company, former International Video Entertainment, Inc.. Due to the bankruptcy of Carolco Pictures, Inc. in 1995, Live Entertainment was acquired by Bain Capital in 1997, and renamed to Artisan Entertainment Inc. in 1998.
