Pattern Based Records

Pattern Based Records was launched as a sister label to the outward music company family in 2002. PBR focuses exclusively on funky house/tech house 12"s, while outward music continues to support more left-leaning expressions. Pattern Based began with CNS Engineering's "Action Potential", a slammin 4 tracker of chicago influenced bass heavy grooves. 2003 will hold more jack-centric funk, some remixes from noteable players, and some techier offerings.
