Tocano Studiet, Hørve
Настоящее имя: Tocano Studiet, Hørve
Danish recording and mixing studio in Hørve, about 80 km west of Copenhagen.
History: Studio founder Alex Frederiksen started out producing mix tapes for bars and restaurants, but soon expanded his activities to include manufacturing of cassette tapes and offering recording facilities. Earliest recordings took place in rented locations, from 1970 in the community building "Baunen" in Hørve, a facility he bought April 1st 1971. At the same location manufacturing of cassette tapes took place under the name Tocano from 1972. Baunen ceased as recording studio in 1981, and after that Tocano has not offered recording studio facilities. The location was vacated in 1983, and all other functions were moved to Himmelev near Roskilde.
