Dots Per Inch Music

Dots Per Inch Music is a record label label founded in 2016 at Bard College in Upstate NY. After relocating to New York City in mid 2017, the label began releasing music from a selection of artists based in the upstate NY college/DIY circuit including Grace Ives, Lucy, Lily & Horn Horse, & Jack Whitescarver. After the success of Grace Ives debut record 2nd, the label began to expand its operations with a digitally focussed imprint called Window on the World, which started by reissuing Lucy's back catalog in late 2019. The Label released two singles from the experimental rock/dance group Model/Actriz in Spring, 2020, which marked the first campaign without direct roots associating it with the Hudson Valley scene that the label emerged from.
