Berandol Music Limited

Publishing company formed by Andrew Twa in 1968 with the acquisition of BMI Canada Ltd.'s publishing division. VP Ralph Cruickshank purchased the company in 1972 and succeeded Twa as President. Cruickshank focused on orchestral music and sold off the pop catalogue to Broadland music the same year he took over Berandol. Cruickshank expanded the company's scope to manufacturing and distributing recorded music in addition to music publishing and printing sheet music, started Berandol Records in 1975. Berandol Music is mainly used as a publisher credit.
