The Sparrow Corporation

This is not a label. This is the operating corporation which manufactured, marketed and distributed Sparrow Records and Meadowlark Records labels. Sometimes abbreviated as “The Sparrow Corp.” In 1985, The Sparrow Corporation signed a distribution and promotion deal with Capitol Records and the Capitol logo began appearing on releases distributed beyond the Christian bookstore market.
