Bygningen, Vejle

Cultural community center located in Vejle, Denmark. Constructed in 1920 by the the local workers unions under the name Arbejdernes Forsamlingsbygning. Taken over by a private businessman in the early 1990's and in 2001 by the local commune. Since 2006 an integrated part of the Mary shopping center that has been constructed around the original building from 1920. Includes two venues that are used for theater, concerts and lectures: Store Sal (seating 300) and Lille Sal (seating 150).
