Kontra was founded in 2004 as pop culture web magazine with idea to offer one of the first Internet magazines in Serbia and give chance to young artist. As internet magazine first on www.kontra.org.yu and then on www.kontraweb.net, Kontra magazine existed for full 10 years and become one of the most respected internet magazines. Since 2011 Kontra is also becoming management agency and soon profiles as one of the rare PR agency for the entertainment and music events. Among many clients and campaigns and clients we will mention Supernatural festival, Museums Night, AAA Production events and concerts, Jelen Pivo Live festival, Dubioza Kolektiv, Concert Hall Ranko Žeravica and many others. In 2018 we decided to take new steps and modernize company and become record label and publisher. Kontra is protecting Publishing rights and Neighbouring rights collection for music creators.
