Daniel Poli and Leonora Epremian launched their creation as the incendiary revelation they had visualised back in the year 2000. Their inspiration, which has established the foundations of Suspect Package, has captured the global feel of dance floors, gaining critical recognition by many in the media and left many an audience shouting for more. So what is the sound of the label? House? Techno? Then it must be Tech House! – A genre without genre. Whatever! The description has become as clichéd as the box it has been given. The whole trend of explaining music in neat little packages only seems to encourage the formulation of music; by those who want to sell out and make a quick buck after the ground breaking underground has paved the way. Suspect Package has dropped the pre-conceptions and left those boundaries of silly genres to those who still believe the world is flat, resisting the lowest common denominator if you like, in favour of originality and raw creativity represented by the artists, Autonomy, C-Soul, Filth, Iteration – X, Eerth Deuley, Marky Star, Chris Pascoe and Daniel Poli. Being underground is an attitude and Daniel and Leonora certainly have enough of it to stick firmly to the foundations they have come from and remain true to their vision.
