Unknown Potential
Настоящее имя: Unknown Potential
Unknown Potential was an independent vanity label created by singer-songwriter, Johnny J. Blair "Singer at Large." It was an outlet to service a demand for his lo-fi music in the "Christian alternative music underground" of the late 1980s and into the mid-1990s. Several titles were issued on this label, with each release getting surprising critical acclaim, distribution, and airplay around the world. Besides Blair's albums, there was also a release called PULSE OF THE TIMES by Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Victor Valverde (who also performed in Blair's back-up band, October 1986-87). POTT featured guitarist Michael Miller (Gilmore Girls, Charlie Peacock) and Blair as sideman, collaborator, and co-producer.
