Sandbaggers

A nightclub and 'live' venue in Coronation Walk, Southport, Lancashire, England. The venue was open under this name between 1978-1985, and featured Andy J. Orritt (c.1978-84), Andy Carroll (c.1980-84), and Wayne Garnett (c.1981-83), amongst several others, as their resident D.J.s. Previously, it had been known as the 'Beer Kellar', and for a short time many years after the demise of the name 'Sandbaggers', as 'Zebra Square'.
