Alkonost Classic

Alkonost Classic is a classical music label founded in 2014 by Mikhaïl Tchalik, the ex-co-founder of the Suoni e Colori label and its artistic director for 20 years. As a sound engineer he has recorded many internationally renowned artists and has extensive experience in the world of music production and publishing. Alkonost has always made an event of each new album it produces and the label is constantly on the lookout for original projects and new talent. It particularly likes to involve writers, painters, philosophers and musicologists in all its album projects, each contributing to making the album a real work of art in all senses of the word. It regularly brings out world premieres as well as themed albums based on history or a literary work. The album covers are also aesthetically in line with their contents. As an independent label, Alkonost enjoys great freedom in its choice of music. It offers the public a chance to experience a musical adventure from a different historical perspective, thus shedding new light on an existing repertoire.
